Rewards pack not rewarded but shown claimed

I believe there is a bug when you are rewarded more than 1000xp and claimed more than 1 levels of rewards in this season pass. For twice, I have encounter a trouble claiming the reward packs by clicking the claim all rewards button which just stuck to give you the reward player items (my ferran and ribery for today’s case) but not the reward packs (it will return to shown unclaimed no matter how many times you press it and I am on console) and later on when you restart the game the reward packs will show as claimed but are nowhere to be found. In my case today, I lost all my level 39 rewards which are a 2x90+ players pack and a tradeable 88+ x5 pack, please help.
