can someone from EA please reply here? i can't even lodge a ticket, everytime i submit an issue viathis link https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ . nothing happens, it shows a thank you for submitting message and that's it, it doesn't add an open case to my cases, and i don't get any sort of communication whatsoever about what i've submitted. this is ridiculous, very soon this ribery card will be outdated when all the 99 card start popping up in packs more frequently so it won't be usable anymore but i'd like to use it until that time comes especially that i spent 20 very high rated bloody squads crafting it, and more importantly i spent 10+ hours grinding sbcs to make up all the fodder for it, and at the end i get to use it for a few days only. come on EA , show some respect to us ffs.
