Rivals issue

I was div 4 and was one win away from div 3 with (x2) in rivals. I won that game and made the opponent forfeit 3-0. All of a sudden it said DNF modifer reduced and my win didnt count and went down by 1. So unfair as now I have gone down to middle div 4. This happended of 1st july 2025. And tomorrow is rewards day. And I apparently wont get div 3 rewards now. You need to fix this
