Role ++ not working

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? Oct 2nd
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 08:00 PM
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I start a match in any game mode in ultimate team my players and not being shown as having role ++ despite them being set up to have them in my tactics. I don’t think it’s a visual error as when I change tactic one player has the same tactic in both but it shows his tactic changing in the second tactic but it should already be applied.
What happens when the bug occurs? Players are not shown to have role ++ despite it being set up in tactics. It seems to affect the gameplay as the players don’t play with it applied and with some other role applied which I cannot see
What should be happening instead? Pre determined role ++ should be appearing and working in game

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know how you can find the bug, but on me i go to theo hernandez and go to roles, and it stands he got false back++ when he is supposed to have wingback++
    What happens when the bug occurs? As i said i Get theo hernandez as false back++ instead of wingback++ this had been a problem since i have packed him.
    What should be happening instead? The thing that should be happening instaen is that it should be standing that hes got wingback++ instead of falseback++

    Just to add to this I was playing some games earlier and I actually noticed that some players who are showing with a role ++ are showing the wrong one.

    For example my Ruben Dias was showing as Sweeper Keeper ++ and Courtois was showing as Half Winger ++

    How do you fix this issue only 2 of 7 of my players have the ++ working.
