Why can't you help? It is very easy for you(EA) to just give me some compensation/ my players back, since it is Modric's last ever Real Madrid card (and I used up all of my fodder for him) and I have decent proof towards that i had him. As well as if it doesn't cost you (EA) anything to compensate me with my players, if you would like i can send you some screen recordings and screenshots.

The security of your phone is not our responsibility. Regardless, there is a confirmation screen when submitting SBCs so even if you personally accidentally submitted items into one, we couldn't return them. This is a rule we've had for a very long time. We do not return items submitted into SBCs.
