I completed the Modrić sbc yesterday and didn’t receive the actual Modrić card itself, I have tried every way in which to find it however I haven’t received the card. I have linked below a screen recording of me going from this message into my companion to show that I’ve completed it, then into my players showing that I don’t have him.

This has happened to me before on a previous account and EA saw it replied and sent me the player again.
Just wondering if that could happen again?
SuperSebastian19 I'm sorry, I have no idea, I completed the challenge and he went to unassigned items, and is now in my starting 11.

try open a pack, if unassigned he show up
