Searching for Opponent... never finds a game

I have been trying to search all day for opponents and it is not finding any games. I thought it was due to no players but I see others finding games online. What is going on?

I can do squad battles, but champions and rivals I am not able to find a game at all.... issue started today. haven't been able to find a game since 11AM EST this morning. I am on PC trying to play through Steam. 

Is there a way to submit a ticket to EA or is this the only way to communicate
