Season 4 weekly Play Completionist reward is missing

I am experiencing the same issue where I completed week 1, but have not received any rewards. Could it be resolved?

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Don't remember. Roughly around 2:00 PM local time
What is your time zone? IST - GMT + 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the first Season 4 Weekly Completionist objective (1/1) by completing the Weekly Objectives with the 'Complete 3 Daily Objective Groups' objective. The reward doesn't show up.
What happens when the bug occurs? Completed the Weekly Completionist objective 1/1 by checking off the last of my weekly objective (Complete 3 Daily Objective groups). The reward of WW/WW Hero Guaranteed never showed up. Checked the store, nowhere to be found.
What should be happening instead? Should be able to claim the 1/1 reward after completing the objective.

Cost be gold players to get the SBC. Grinded so much for the reward. Disappointed and killed my motivation to play.

@yerdogan35 I have the same problem on PS5. I finished the 1/1 Weekly Play Objectives Completionist goal but didn't receive the WW Icon as reward.

@EA_Hux @EA_Vendcera Can you please help out here? I am not able to post a screenshot either. But I never received the WW Icon for completing the 1st Weekly Play Completionist objective.

I appreciate that you responded to assist. Unfortunately this pack is missing. I’ve checked the companion app as well. Just a bit crazy to think that some haven’t received this reward. 

While others received the reward/possible Haaland glitch as well, and then also got compensation. I don’t know what else to say.

I receive the xp award from season 4 weekly play seasonal objective, but I don't receive 3rd and 4th completions

Bro I have no words left anymore. How do they keep doing this…Please don’t ignore your player base @EA_Lanna These rewards are still missing! I’ve emailed the ‘support team’…still no action or response
