Season 6 Weekly Play Completionist rewards (3rd completion) bug.

Question

I just finished my 3rd completion of the Season 6 Weekly Play Completionist reward and the UEFA Dreamchasers Guarantee Pack item did not complete and no reward was given. Please fix the bug and provide the rewards at your first opportunity.
