3 games in a row now where I've got to the 90th minute, winning 5-0, 6-0 and 4-1 on legendary and it has froze each time, giving me the loss. How can I progress with my evos? Earn Elite 1? Or just chill and have fun if this keeps happening? It's essentially a scam. No compensation, no fix and no ACKNOWLEDGMENT of this bug either. What on earth is going on with this company? Honestly? Tell us that the bug can't be fixed at least so I can put my time elsewhere.
Don't you dare tell me to reinstall, restart internet or Xbox either. I'm not a chimpanzee. Of course this has been done. This bug is common, all over reddit and needs to be fixed ASAP. Send it to your team and get it fixed.
It’s absolutely ridiculous that they haven’t addressed this issue.
While I can't help you, I can inform you that the great and super people at EA Sports do not bother themselves with complaints about the game here and if you have an issue you should go to the proper channels because posting here is a waste of time

They acknowledged it in the bug report forum. If you haven’t already post in there they are looking for more details so they can fix it.
Indeed they have, it was acknowledged MONTHS ago and they have done NOTHING about it, they have been completely and totally silent.
The fact, because of the reduced games that you praised them for, people are losing multiple levels of rewards has made them very, very upset, and EA has done NOTHING about it or even apologised on their social media (which, by the way, has not mentioned ONCE about the issue or that they are looking into it)
How many more people need to tell them before they actually something about it?
Less games is so much better. Imagine having to play 40 games that disconnect. Hopefully more add the details in the thread so they can fix it. I know you get mad when I blame ea but hopefully more add their details so they fix it faster.
Okay, SORRY GUYS, MY BAD. I've been informed they have acknowledged it. HUGE DIFFERENCE. That's even worse because now they are aware of the problem but apparently cannot fix it. That is just embarrassing. But I know it's not the case, we all know it's not the case because just imagine for a second if was a fifa point, coin or sbc glitch. Oh man, that shi* would be fixed within the hour. Pure corruption is it not?
(also I'm only back here, heated because THIS AWFUL GAME just froze whilst scrapping a win against a godsquad on legendary in the 90th...)
