Season 7 Rewards - Claim All didn't work properly

Hi,

I'm on XSX. I finished season 7 a while ago and had acquired the premium pass but only claimed a few of the rewards as I needed them. I wanted to keep the packs until now so I can open them for TOYS ultimate team.

I had already chosen from the rewards that required selection between players and players and packs before "claiming all". However, I only received a few of the rewards after I claimed all, which included Endler some cosmetic upgrades and stadium items. I did not get any of the player picks and I'm sure there's more missing. 

Please assist me with this.

PS. The new season started before I could take screenshots but I haven't done anything since claiming all so it's the last action I did.
