Season booster pack SP points not working

Question

Hi, I bought 2 of the season booster packs yesterday and it was meant to give me 1500 sp points per pack for the season so I should have 3k points but nothing happened when I redeemed them. I've not climbed up the season ladder, it just hasn't moved. Who would I speak to about this?&nbsp;

This has just happened to me, I redeemed on web app and when I went on console nothing there. Did you find a solution?

No, this was never resolved. No reply from EA. Horrific customer service and a total waste of money on packs. Ridiculous !!
