Season pass reward pack claimed but not appearing.

I claimed the 83x5 season pass reward on console, not on ultimate team l, just on the hub. Went on companion app to open and it was not in store. Sometimes on companion app the objectives and season pass are not immediately accessible after I switch from console. Therefore I went back on console into ultimate team to check I had claimed the pack (I had) and then went into the store on console and the pack still was not there. This has only happened on one occasion and I think it is to do with the way I tried to claim and receive the pack over different console/companian uses.
