Server Issue - Didn’t Get Promoted

So your servers disconnected me from Ultimate Team this evening (2255 GMT) when I was one match away from getting promoted to another division Rivals. The game froze when I was winning 1-0 but because you think that I ‘disconnected from my last game’ I’ve gone down the ladder - not the first time this has happened. Almost 3 months your game has been out & it’s still abysmal.
