Server problems

Dear EA Sports Team,

I am a dedicated player of EA Sports FC25 Ultimate Team from Turkey. Like many other Turkish and Middle Eastern players, I have been facing significant latency, disconnections, and lag issues due to the lack of dedicated EA servers in our region.

Especially during peak events like Team of the Season (TOTS), it becomes almost impossible to access the game or enjoy fair and competitive gameplay. This puts players in our region at a serious disadvantage in both Weekend League and Division Rivals compared to players in Europe or North America who have access to local servers.

We kindly request that EA consider establishing dedicated servers in Turkey or the surrounding region to ensure a smoother and fairer experience for the large player base here. It would not only improve our gameplay quality but also strengthen EA’s image and support in our market.
