I’m so confused, do they not these hundreds of threads, comments and posts about the servers? What do their tech team get paid for? What do their communications team get paid for?

If it was limited to Telstra customers - why would it impact only FC25 and nothing else?
It’s just weird that when I hotspot on my phone (vodaphone) the game works straight away on both console and the web app. That’s why I thought it was a telstra issue.

Yep same for my brother who doesn’t even live with me as telstra are his network provider too. It’s some weird bug between both companies I don’t get it.
Makes no sense to me - I’m not even with Telstra for my nbn - every other EA title works fine though, so I am at a loss
Im with telstra, cannot connect to FC but all other games work. My mate with optus logged into my account and all worked fine. So it is a link between fc servers and telstra (and a couple of other possible providers) that are blocking aussies out

spot on, this has nothing to do with tesltra,i have checked this in detail and other platforms and games work just fine. This is EA
