Slow & lagging GP

I’m facing a lot of delay in ultimate team and slow game I don’t know why my ping is 20s  whenever I play, I feel like I’m playing on 200s  delay when I shoot and also when I pass  and every decision I take ,so if any one face that trouble I hope that you help me.

    I have this on PS5. 15ms ping on a 1gb down/up connection.

    My players are very slow to respond to input. I've lost the last 10 games in a row, mostly down to this. Players feel awful to control. My 94 TOTY cards feel like they're bronze.
