Squad Battles did not finish for me

Hello, 

Last week I played 10 games of squad battles and was going to finish around Elite1/Elite2 but when I logged in on my web app to claim my rewards, it showed up like I was still in competition (I had the 10 games played out of 12 and had 18k points, with the timer showing 6 days and couple hours left).

I spoke with some friends to see if this was some sort of "feature" and they were able to claim their rewards for the week so it had to be some sort of bug that happened to me. Here's some proof: 

I haven't played all week, today was the first day I logged in game, I've only been logging daily through the web app or in my companion app.
