Squad battles problems

I was playing squad battles today, the servers were disconnecting me and I lost 4 games so far, is there any way to get those points back?

Hi there. We're not aware of any issues with the servers. Unfortunately, we can't restore those points. It's possible this is related to a problem with your connection. It would be good to go through the troubleshooting steps here to see if that helps.

With all due respect, there has to be a better way to handle this than 0-3 forfeits with no recourse. And 0 points, even if I were to lose by an astonishing margin I'd at least get some points, yet I can be winning and be disconnected and get this harsh punishment, through no fault of my own. And I personally can only play single player modes in ultimate team, so as these modes are continually whittled down, it is unfairly jeopardizing and pilfering my only source of weekly income.

I and many others have been dealing with this issue for so long. Please consider doing something about this, it will be more appreciated than you know.
