I have the funds required in my steam account but it wont let me purchase points in game. I Press on the store and choose the amount i want, the steam tab opens and I can authorise the payment but as soon as it tried to process the request on the game, I get an error message saying the EAFC store is not available at this time, try again later. any ideas to help?
Community Manager@XIY4T3SXI Does the same error happen when you purchase the points other ways or does it happen just through the in game store?
same thing is happening to me. Have the money in my steam account but can't purchase points in game.
I am having the exact same issue. I guess at this point it is just best to wait it out and see if they get it fixed.
I havent tried any other way as I put £46 on my steam account for EAFC points which I cant take back and dont really want to potentially lose more money @EA_Shepard

No just through the store, I tried to buy like 50€ from EA App and It worked, if I try in game it doesn’t go through. Please help us, we have our money “stuck” on the steam wallet.
