Still haven't received the FC 26 pre-order rewards on FC 25.

Paid 89$ for the Ultimate Edition on PS5, solely for the 99 SHO Evo. What exactly is holding up the delivery of these rewards?!

    badareenfaisal​ These rewards are typically granted within a few days. To ensure you receive them, restart your console and log back into your PSN account. Verify that the pre-order was made using the same PSN and EA account where you have FC 25.

EA_Pulsar​ Thank you for the reply. I can confirm that the game shows as pre-ordered on my PS5 account which is linked to my EA account. However, it does not show under my “order history” in my EA account. Could this be a possible problem?!
