Strong Disappointment and Account Deletion

Dear EA Sports Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the unfair experience I have consistently had with your Ultimate Team packs, starting from my early days in FIFA to now in EA FC.

Despite being a loyal player for many years and dedicating countless hours to your games, my pack luck has been extraordinarily poor—unfairly so. I’ve watched friends and fellow players pack high-rated players and icons regularly, while I’ve received little to nothing of value, time after time. It’s demoralizing, especially when I’ve invested both time and money, believing in the spirit of competition and reward that EA Sports promotes.

I feel overlooked and disrespected as a long-time member of your player community. My loyalty, commitment, and enthusiasm have not been met with any sense of fairness or balance in return. Instead, I’ve been left with disappointment after disappointment, which has turned what used to be an exciting experience into a source of frustration and disillusionment.

This is not just about bad luck anymore. It’s about feeling unseen and unvalued as a player who once loved your games deeply.

For this reason, I’ve decided to delete my EA account and step away from all EA games entirely. This decision has not come easy, but it’s one I make with a heavy heart, as I no longer feel that my time or support is appreciated.
