Subs an tactics bug

When i try to change players around in my tactics the player instanly switches back. 
It happens both in the menus (club) and ingame.

I also cant make subs ingame. When i try to make a sub it switches back to the original player, its not just a visual bug the player dosent get subbed in 

I have restarted my game multiple times and also uninstalled my game twice and it still happens. 

Ea pls fix this, i cant play champs or rivals when i cant make subs or switch my team around when i get a red card.
