There is a chance it could be connectivity related if you can't control your players for a short period of time and then come back. Some players call it "speedlag".
Can you try our EA connectivity tool. This tool will allow us to know what really is happening as you can check your match history (ping/packet loss, etc) and also compare ISPs in your region.
Don't hesitate to share the results.
