It feels like I'm playing a different game depending on when I play. In the morning everything is smooth and responsive. During "normal" hours in the evening, when people start coming home it turns to this unplayable input delay fest. When will this get fixed? It's been like this for days / weeks.
My son and I have only been playing the game since 2022, but we've always noticed that gameplay is worse in the evening in the UK, and pretty much all weekend. If we play a couple of matches in the morning, the gameplay is great, and the match-ups are much more favourable.
Also much better late at night, but EA will still deny it has anything to do with server issues.
And again today. Was playing some WL games in the morning with absolutely smooth gameplay, no input lag, great responsiveness. After 4pm, the game turns into a different iteration. Input lag of 0.5-1.5 seconds, players turn like trucks. player switching takes ages etc. Same connection, same ping, no packet loss or anything. Just the servers
