This is Ridiculous – FORCED Co-Op Matches in FUT Rivals Even With Solo Setting

To whoever is responsible,

This is getting absolutely ridiculous. I’m beyond frustrated right now. In FUT Rivals, I specifically set my matchmaking preference to **Solo only**, and yet I’ve been forced into matches against Co-Op opponents multiple times. What’s the point of giving us this setting if the game just ignores it?

It’s incredibly unfair and honestly infuriating. I'm not here to waste my time competing against two players when I’ve clearly chosen to play Solo. This isn’t a minor glitch – it ruins the integrity of a competitive mode.

Worse still, because of this broken matchmaking, **I lost matches and dropped a division**. This is unacceptable. I lost progress through no fault of my own, and the system punished me for something that should never have happened in the first place.

I expect a real answer. Not a copy-paste.  
- Why is this still happening?  
- When will it be fixed?  
- Will anything be done to compensate players like me who are losing divisions due to this?

I paid for this game expecting it to function properly. Right now, it doesn't. Please treat this as serious.
