Thunderstruck Upgrades?

It said regarding dynamic players on a loading screen during the promo, upgrades within 2hrs as I understood it. Vieira, Cole, Saliba etc have all been due an upgrade since Wednesday. It's now Saturday... The hype around the live cards are the upgrades, waiting many days, potentially a week is disappointing. Can't be difficult to update a few cards surely? When are the upgrades due?

    We are waiting for upgrade for Gyokeres that he already deserved.

    When will you do tihs upgrade ?

    What are you waiting for ?

    He achieved the 2ps+ and 1 +role upgrade at December 14. And you and your company waiting for what ??

    also gyokeres achieved this upgrade , but we are waiting for 23 days to EA upgrade...
