Hello ! Tots+ upgrade cosmetic doesn't work. I applied to my 94 Henry's card but nothing changed . This is the 25 000 coins tots+ upgrade wich supposed to turn my 94 -Henry's card from evolution to TOTS , wich will allow me to apply seria a cup reward to boost 5* 5* and 95 rated Henry's card .I applied the cosmetics reward 25 000 coins to Henry's card but he is still evo card with evo above his head . What's wrong ?

And what we can do now? Is there any option to retry the tots + cosmetic?
RN i watched a stream where was this subject, so we are the unlucky guys, was a glitch, and they remove the posibility to do the that evo....fork it ! 😡😡😡

is there a way to get compensation from EA on this? or any other resources to get the help in fixing this?
I have the same problem. I’ve reached out 3 times to EA for an answer and they keep closing my cases without leaving any answers.

Looks like this is new ea's policy. More bugs and glitches, scam payed evos etc. And all that without any compensations for players.
