Transfer Market Ban

Ok. Saying they are racist is a bit much. But i understand your frustration.

Seems like they have the mindset that if you got in this situation then you are already guilty and there is no point in checking anything?

Is it a automatic system that picks up on irregularitys then? I've never had more than 300 000 coins so i don't get why anyone would think i was buying coins or doing something like that. It should be easy to check?

The policy they have state:

• Ban: we’ll remove your access to a game, part of a game, or your EA Account for an extended period of time. We'll normally ban your EA Account due to repeated or extreme violations of our Terms of Service or Rules of Conduct. Account bans are typically permanent.

How on earth is buying one player, repeated or extreme vialation?

Their system or algorithm is definitely faulty. In football, the card values ​​are already clear and we enter into transactions where we can make a profit by seeing this, but both our account is gone and we have wasted a lot of time. I rarely sell players on transfer market, as i use them in sbc's, so i only earn money from rival/champion and squad battle rewards. I've hardly bought any players. But the thing that i think set this off was that i bought Delap 86, that fits perfect for the new striker evolution, on max buyout as he was the only one on the market, and he was put on the market about the second that i bought him. In other words I think I'm being punished for being lucky. But why is this enough to ban me? And should this not be easy enough to check?

If they think that i used a bot or anything to buy him, i used the mobile app when i bought him. Should not that also be easy to check?

Except for him and some players i bought for a cup, I've only used the coins I've earned on evolutions and I've never had large ammount of money. It makes no sense.

Crazy annoying, there are evolutions I would like to do but i cant buy the players for them. How did you even find a place to chat with them?

On "my ban history" there is'nt even listed a reason for my ban.
