Transfer market is locked 3 weeks

Hello i completed UT Foundations Objective for unlocking transfer market and i play every day at least 5 games can u please do something to unlock it? i started playing 3 weeks ago and its still locked as i say i played every day game and completed every foundations sbc and objective&nbsp;
