Not receiving coins

I am not receiving any coins from neither fut champs, division rivals nor just games played. Ever since last season I have had this issue where no matter what rewards I get I don’t receive the coins only the packs. 

this weekend I finished fut champs in rank 1 and received only all the packs but none of the coins. Neither have I received any coins from my games played which is also like a 100k now. Also in my division rivals I only get the packs and not the coins. I also don’t receive any rush points after playing idk how many games it still says “0”. 

I think I now lost at a minimum of 500k total. That’s on the low end. I have no idea why this is happening and haven’t found anyone else with this issue. Customer support also hasn’t addressed my issue as they tell me to wait till they get to it.
