Transfer market

I have come to the conclusion that my transfer market doesn't work. For some reason, on the actual FC25 game, it says I have to complete the foundation objectives to earn access. But one of the objectives has expired, and the other objects require buying something from the market, but I don't have access to the market, so I can't complete them. I also don't have access to the transfer market on the web app.

I just really need help cause it feels like I'm in a hole that is impossible to get out off.
