transfer market

I have played 3 games a day for 5 days and have not unlocked yet. I have not been banned and I have 2 ultimate team accounts on my console. I also don't understand what the point of locking the transfer market is, like what purpose does that serve. Also, it appears the playtime isn't being tracked properly, it says i have played 3 games this week when i have played well over 20. EA, please help
