Transfer points from fc 24 to fc 25

i have 12000 on fc 24 and i want to transfer that on fc 25 ! But they never ask me to do it. Can someone help me ?

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

     

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

    Please note: these are not situations to which Community Managers can assist over the forums as we are not Live Support and cannot validate account ownership.

  • i know its a lot of work but i got the popup after reinstalling the game and deleting every saved profile in the game so it basically i guess thinks that you are a first time player

    Sorry for bothered you but i did what you told me but there is no response i explain the problem but they just create me a ticket without solution. And it’s write : « resolved » ??? Can you help me ?

  • Did you get the email address, i tried what they said above and i still can't find a contact email. Can you provide it here for me pls?

  • I got 5900 on fc24 and the transfer button never showed up, both fc24 n 25 are in the same EA acc as I use pc

    Hey, Folks,

    Community Managers cannot assit with any type of missing content or transfers on an account. Community Managers are not support and the forums is not set up for these types of issues.

    If you have any issues with your account, missing content, content transfers, or issues preventing you from linking, accessing emails, etc, you much reach out to support through chat or email.

    If for any reason you are not able to see the chat, that option is not one chat is available, and you will need to change the options. You can also change the site to an EN site if you do not have it and try again. 

    We have tested this meany times on different browsers. Chat does work. When there is no chat for players, in most cases there isn't supposed to be which is why we say stay logged out of the site.
