Ultimate team and (companion/web app)

whenever i make a change to my squad i get an error and it doesnt change it (on companion app)

on the game itself whenever i change my squad then go off the squad it gives me “cannot connect to ultimate team servers” and kicks me off the the main menu of fifa?
