Ultimate Team item quick-sold without confirmation request to restore
Hello EA Support,
On 16 August 2025 at around 01:00 GMT+4 (Dubai time) I claimed an Objective reward (Crafting Upgrade) in Ultimate Team on PS4. Immediately upon claiming, the item was quick sold automatically without any input or confirmation. It went straight down the screen and disappeared. I had no Quick Sell Restores remaining.
Please check my account logs and restore the item to my club. This appears to be a glitch.

I did not press any confirmation, and there was no confirmation prompt.
