ULTIMATE TEAM NOT LOADING

It has been several hours and ultimate team on switch is still not working... It loads into ultimate team except you can't see anything other than the blurry image of the pitch in the background, there is no UI. 

I have searched for corrupted files TWICE and reinstalled the entire game and nothing has changed and there is no way to contact support....

Not good enough at all.
