Every time i try to go into ultimate team im getting game or app problem that results in the game crashing. This is ridiculous. So much for ultimate version...
Solution:
- As said below you need to delete your squad on the FUT COMPANION APP.
- If you can not access the app, create a new user on your PC/PS/XBOX and log into FC25 with that user. That should fix the app issue.
Let me know if you guys are still having issues.

I am really having a hard time, very hard time.
All the story began when I bought the ultimate edition and I got my points. Started playing drafts, played a few, then all of a sudden, got kicked out in my 4th game with a lose by my side. I thought that this was a hacker. Then I started another draft, got kicked out from the first game. Decided to not play anymore in that night. Of course, I was looking for a solution and found that category where u can get ur draft token back, it didn't work. Next day I started playing drafts again and I played 2 drafts, in the 3rd one I got kicked out, tried to solve it, nothing worked, I let that go, thinking that it's ok, just lost 900 FP. After that, the same thing happened for like 3-4 more times, so totally I lost about 1800-2100 Fifa Points. How was that my fault? Guess we'll never find out, since I am living in a country where we are like 3-4 place talking about internet connection, and I am having the best provider from country on internet.
I let that go, thinking that no one could help me with those. Since I am writing this thread, I would like to get my fifa points back as well(checking logs from EA could show you that I am not lying).
Now, the main reason I am writing this is because it happened AGAIN, but, this time did not happen on draft (I am not having fifa points anymore), but in champs, played champs last week, didn't qualify, got mad, left the games, that's it. Now, I got ready for the champs, trained a little, tried to pay more attention to the game. I won my first game 2-1, and then, surprise, again the same problem. If that would have happened last year, it wouldn't have been such a big problem, but now u have only 5 games, and u need to win 3 of them. I am a casual player, and 1 win matters to me.
I would like to get an answer from an EA helper or something.
If u need any other information/proofs from me, I am willed to give it, but I would like at least a check on my account, to see what's the problem and the compensation. Thank you!
I cant login to fc25 companion app or the web app or UT in the game it says Ea servers are unavailable right now and in companion app and web app says we are currently having trouble with login services please need help
