Unable to log into Web Companion app after EA Play Pro Subscription is cancelled

I've been using the EA Play Pro subscription for some time now but had to cancel it for personal reasons.

Since its been cancelled I am unable to log into the Companion Web app.

I use one account for the Xbox and pc version, I am able to log into the Xbox Account but as soon as I switch to the PC account, I get an error saying, "we're currently having trouble with login services".

I attached the error.
