Unfair sanction
Hi everyone,
I’m genuinely struggling and hoping someone here can help or offer advice.
I just had all my FUT coins wiped after being accused of violating coin distribution rules. I want to make it clear that I’ve never bought or sold coins, or used any third-party services. I’ve always played the game fairly — grinding FUT Champs, Division Rivals, and trading smart on the market by mass listing and flipping cards.
I also travel frequently for work/life, so I log in from different devices and locations. Maybe that triggered something? I even reported an issue on my account previously when a player card wasn’t behaving correctly. But instead of help, I ended up with a coin wipe and no detailed explanation.
EA told me the case is closed after two investigations, but I truly believe a mistake has been made. This has affected me deeply — I’ve lost hours of effort and a game I genuinely enjoy as an outlet in my day.
If anyone has gone through this before, or knows how I can escalate this beyond automated support, please let me know. Any help or visibility is appreciated. I just want a fair review.

Unfortunately we're not able to help with bans or sanctions here on the forums. You can always try reaching out to our terms of service team again, but if they've decided that the sanction was warranted then I'm afraid that they have the final say in the matter.
