I would rather you not engage with me. It makes more sense to get the answer from ea. You two should be helping others post their screenshot shots and videos to show ea rather than me anyway. You guys all have connection issues.

I prefer to warn people not to waste their time. I've done it dozens of times. It's always a rabbit hole where they stop messaging you once you prove you have no issues with your own connection.
