UT lag out

Every time I go to play any UT game (Rivals, champs, friendlies) I always get kicked. For instance, ill be loading in and to about where it shows me the other teams players it’ll freeze for about 20 seconds. Then keep playing and say we’ve lost connection to your opponent. It’ll take me about 5 times until I can actually get in a game. I’ve seen some people say only have 1 tactic but that hasn’t worked. I’ve seen people say check the connection when choosing jerseys and that also hasn’t helped. I don’t know what to do and it’s honestly disappointing that I even have to be asking this question. If anyone could help that would be great.
