UT Objective rewards not appearing in store.

I play fc 25 on xbox and for the last couple of days I have not been receiving my packs for completing weeklyb objectives. For example, today I completed a couple of the rush objectives and shoudl have received a bunch of 81-84+ packs but they're nowhere to be seen.

This has happened for the last couple of days and It's honestly quite disheartening as I find these packs are the easiest way to improve the team.
