Weekly Play completionist bug

Same problem -  finished weekly play however no progress on weekly play completionist

I have the same problem 

But it is ridiculous that there is no e-mail address or some way to contact EA

Same problem I’ve completed them, but no awards yet….

I'm facing the same issue. It sucks to be the unlucky one who hasn't received the rewards while some of my friends have already gotten theirs and packed good FUT Birthdays.🙃
