Wharton missing the pingedpass play style plus

Bevor Wharton got the Upgrade after his team won against Man City, I evolved him in the ‘’ build different’’ evo so he got the pinged pass plus. Today after he got his upgrade he got intercept plus and the pinged pass plus got removed. Why is that I can’t get connected to any ea help employee. I want the pinged pass plus back it’s unacceptable.
