What does the green triangle next to my club’s badge mean?

I would like to ask the gentlemen at EA what the green triangle next to my club’s badge in the photo I’ve attached means. Is it a club members badge? If it is, why has Zidane’s evolution not been available to me for the fourth day in a row? I see that no one at EA is concerned about this, as no one from the corporation has addressed the issue or even apologized to the players who spend significant amounts of money with them every year.

 

It doesn’t matter that I’ve spent around €800 on FIFA Points so far and, apart from Hazard, haven’t gotten anything significant. Now you’re not even providing me with what I am entitled to as a member. As a member, I haven’t received any benefits up to this point. It seems you only expect me to spend money, and that’s it. Thank you.

    @Botinec1964 Green triangle from your picture meaning your account has Founder status from FC24.

    Club Member badge is in Hexagon shape in black and white colour.

    If you have both Founder and Club Member badges, and still not received Zidane EVO then contact EA help.

    I don't have a hexagon. I bought the FC25 November 24. and the first time I logged into the game on the console was when the PS5 pro was released, November 7.

    Why exactly is the trial period excluded? I played the game as mentioned in the notification before the cutoff date. I can spend tons of dollars in the in-shops during the “trial period” but I get no benefits for having played during that time? Don't understand why after you buy the game then you can't just convert that trial playtime to official playtime. In my case, it's very unfortunate because I bought the game back in September, but I used the 10 hours of EA Play and let it expire before I activated the purchase code.
