When I complete an SBC it kicks me out

Whenever I complete and SBC on EA FC 25 in Ultimate Team, it kicks me out and says disconnected. I went through all duplicates and send the ones I could to my club as someone said that could fix it. Whenever I try to go on the web app or companion app, it gives me an error, saying 'Signed Into Another Device'. I don't have it open on anything else that I am aware of and I don't know how to fix both of these issues.
