Why did my transfer market on companion stop working

I’ve seen many people here talk about how their transfer market getting banned for strange reasons but I don’t know if mine is banned because it didn’t  say anything on my ban history, on the companion app, or even when playing the actual game.  
I have no idea why it stopped working even though not only was I following the rules and conditions of the transfer market stated on the EA website. I was also able to use the transfer market on companion earlier in the FC 25 year.

why did this happen and how can I fix it if it is even able to be fixed
