Why I’m not getting 99 rated futties even after opening 1000+packs not even single 99 rated card do you think this one is far ?

Community ManagerPack contents are random Hudson1097 and you have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.

If pack contents are random then why my friend who barely plays few hours a day due to work commitment, opens few packs a day, gets 3 99 futties over the span of this promo, while me grinding like a bot gets none.. Kind of disappointed with this. I mean what's even point of wasting time in grinding packs when you are barely getting anything relevant at this point of game.
