Why I cannot use my players after a red card I ULTIMATE TEAM

I  love to play EA FC25 ULTIMATE TEAM but when my players gets a red card after 1 match I cannot play with them again I’ve played more than 20 games and I cannot use him. Why? What can I do to return him to my team? EA answer me PLEASE!
